Day 392: Charity, Scavengers and a Living Income Guaranteed

On the topic the Daily Mail wrote yesterday

Retailers are being warned to lock their bins after growing gangs of scavengers have been caught rooting through rubbish to grab discarded items they can sell or eat.

Groups have been secretly filmed rifling through refuse in Gloucester for the last two months, stealing furniture, clothes and food on a weekly basis.

Footage shows how they take it in turns to go through industrial dustbins for anything of worth and in the last few weeks have salvaged food scraps, computer monitors, and even a video player.

But they have been warned they could face up to seven years in prison for theft if they are caught in the act.

Is there something obviously wrong with this article, like for example the attempt to criminalize people who are taking out stuff from RUBBISH BINS which are meant to dispose of things some no longer want?

How far are we pushing the I’Deal of Private Property, to the rubbish point? What about the ashes resulting from the burnt trash of each one of us, why are they not given back to us if they are still our property? Why isn’t anyone complaining about that, why is it ok that the incinerators appropriate themselves of our rubbish but not people who are in no position to buy stuff they or their families need or in the position to feed themselves?

Aren’t we spending public money in the millions for recycling but we resent and condemn recycling that comes for free – what is wrong with us – really?

Not to mention a Charity Shop that said:

Charity shops were quick to defend the way they handle their waste.

James Preece, area retail manager for YMCA, said: ‘The bins in the photographs do not belong to our YMCA shop. We keep our bins securely locked up during the week and they are only put out on collection days.’

Why is that?
Do we need to give Charity out in an accounted way so we can justify the existence and value of the Business of Charity?
I think we should be ashamed that we have people in such condition and that in no way we can claim that rubbish is ‘private property’ that can award up to seven years of jail time, if I trash something it means I no longer want it or need it and I have disposed of it, now it’s public property, have the trash collectors complained that their trash is diminished? Who is this harming if not our sense of social justice that has long gone down the drain?
I am really aghast at this news, if we are so petty as to want to hold on to our trash, we must have reached the limit of how low we will go to exclude others from some relief, others who may be, wrongly so, too ashamed to walk into a Charity shop and ask for a hand out and rather look into the rubbish bin to have a sense of having ‘found’ what they need, having participated in bettering their situation vs accepting to be given in ‘Charity’ what should be given to all as a Human Right – a Dignified Life.
It’s time we rethink this world which is the obvious result of some serious damaged mental processes we all have been participating with, we have a Proposal, it’s called a #livingincomeguaranteed, because Life should be guaranteed to All as Equal shareholders of this Planet and the Right to Live, it can’t be earned or hoped for, it has to be a given, this will heal some of the wrongdoings we have done, like having people result to scavenging into rubbish bins that we plan to keep locked away -while we decide if it’s viable to send them to prison for 7 years – because they try to have themselves a Life, just as we do thanks to the Money that circulates in our world due to our social, geographical, ethnic or hereditary position -and take for granted.
Participate, read about it, share it with others, giving a Life to All will result in a better world for everyone involved and that is by no means a Small Thing.

Day 369: Frank Capra – Just F**k Off

In line with the Christmas spirit, the time of the year when we promise to be good -one day out of 365- we are served the Christmas spirit par excellence and that would be the whole Frank Capra’s filmography.

Every year we say ‘they don’t make movies like those anymore’, yeap, they don’t, maybe there is hope for humanity after all if we can’t bear to tell such ‘so out there’ tales, in which we represent everything that is not working within our society, bless it and make it palatable, to teach children that ‘this is the way things have always been’- and look everyone is just happy where they are, Isn’t Life Wonderful?

Take this ‘Pocketful of Miracles’, ashamed to say one of my favourite movies for years, where a woman beggar holds a gangster in her grip by selling him ‘magic lucky apples’, that she tells him are inhabited by elves who have his fate a heart -not hers obviously as she lives as a derelict surrounded by her ‘happy’ beggar friends, that support her ‘out of wedlock’ daughter that she sent to Spain to be raised in a private luxurious college, to ensure she would have a better life than the one she lived-.

The woman beggar then receives the unexpected news of the upcoming visit of her daughter and, since she had always lied to her pretending to be a very rich aristocratic lady, she is helped out by the gangster to play the part and is groomed from head to toe, because in this world we are taught to do judge the book by its cover, so she is re-clothed, made up, gets her mani & pedi and jewellery on loan and is housed at one of the most expensive hotels in New York, waiting for her daughter’s visit.

When I re-watched this movie I wondered how it could have ever moved me to tears, what was moving in such a movie? The generosity of the gangster who wanted to make sure he would have forever access to the luck provided by the loving elves living in the apples, or the attachment of the beggar woman to her far away daughter for which she collected a kickback from other derelicts such as she was, or the effort she went through to hide her shameful life to her daughter, even though when she was dressed like a queen she made it clear she couldn’t wait to return to the comfort of the streets (?), or the gangster fiance’, who had to strip half-naked to pay her fathers debts after he passed away, or the loving gesture of the police chief who accepted to play the part of the woman beggar friend to con the Spanish aristocrats that came in tow with her daughter to collect news about her, to make sure she was worthy to get married into wealth.

One wouldn’t know, it would be hard to pick today for me what was that made that movie a favourite if not the ‘feel good’ factor of the make over, because in itself the story is squalid and sad and there is nothing Christmassy about it as in ‘good’, no, it is in fact the perfect picture of our world, a world of suffering, injustice, deception and criminals, all made to look good so that the world we live in is not questioned, so that we may believe that a beggar can raise enough kickbacks to maintain a daughter for life in an expensive European educational facility, insisting that All choices are available to all if one has enough beggar friends and that misery is not so bad after all, look, some loooved it to death and would have never traded it for a 5 star life of good food, warm housing and nice clothing.

I was really asleep for a long time, if we were awake we would have told the Frank Capras of the world to piss off instead of glorifying their feel good movies in the face of this world, but we didn’t.

They no longer make movies like that, what a loss, now we have movies that are dangerously closer to our reality, where there is violence, fear, abuse, misery, maybe we had enough feel good movies to last a lifetime and we are becoming ready to face reality, which is that This World Ain’t Working and that We Have to Redesign One That Does Work for All.

Guaranteeing a Life of Dignity to All would be a good start, check out the Living Income Guaranteed, THAT would be something to celebrate, a plan to give a Life to All, and then when someone will show us a movie like Frank Capra’s we’ll say ‘imagine that, so lucky to no longer live in those times’, because there is no excuse for a world of abuse not even when we make it endearing and funny to pretend that ‘all is well after all’.

Don’t get duped. Get a Life for yourself and for All.

Day 358: Berlusconi, I go down -I take MY Government with Me

berlusconi1

In August of this year Berlusconi was -finally- convicted to a 4 years jail sentence.

I have written before about him so I won’t go into lengthy explanations of why a conviction in a lifetime of bribery, conniving, mafia associations, tax evasion and sex with underage girls while in office was just long overdue, what I want to write about is His current all reaching indignation.

And who would not be indignant after a lifetime of getting away with murder only to land a jail sentence at 76 for a ‘minor crime’ by comparison to his lifelong law breaking, law trampling, law deriding at the cost of 2 million euros in legal fees that he had no trouble forking out.

Instead of being grateful that he got away with murder for so long, instead of giving a break to attacking the judicial system, to calling all magistrates ‘communist with a personal agenda’, and all the legal proceedings against him as a ‘personal attack’ confusing and convincing  the sheeple that believe that he is a poor persecuted billionaire, he is on a full on mission to have the government fall.

While he was on trial, his party, the Liberty Party (yes, because he got an American education on how to sell words and dreams to the poor and needy) threatened to resign en mass if he had been convicted.

Unfortunately there are no Laws to prevent that, and being his party an active part of the governing coalition that would mean the breakdown of the current government and anticipated elections, not that he cared of disrupting the functioning of our system while preaching that the system should work for the people, he obviously meant His people, his Lawyers, His Toy Boys and Toy Girls that he has put into the Parliament one by one making sure to always have a hand both on the legislative system and on the vetoing system, in case anyone tried to pass obscene Laws such as the one that would like to no longer see convicted criminals sitting in Parliament or the Law to cut the obscene public financing of political parties in a time where the government is calling everyone to make sacrifices to endure this bottomless, unrequired austerity.

That was fun. Then he was convicted and they did not resign because they feared the Italians would take over the Parliament to slap them in the face one by one, they feared for their safety as we were THAT close to the French revolution solution.

And now we are at it again, since the conviction has become effective -no don’t worry,  jail will never be an option for Berlusconi, he has the choice, -like everyone else I assume in the full sense of ‘The Law is Equal for everybody’-  to either go to jail, or stay at house arrests or do social work. This is why our jails are full to the brim, everyone else has chosen JAIL for themselves, in these times it seems a wise choice, you get 3 meals, a roof over your head, free dental and medical and a sort of camaraderie that is hard to match, you may even find a boyfriend or a few in jail,  who could in all honesty resist such treats? Just about Berlusconi it seems.

He said he won’t be kicked out of Parliament like a criminal, although until now I was under the impression that someone convicted of a crime, actually, convicted of a few crimes all the way into the 2 tier legal system we have in Italy, WAS a criminal, instead he said that Italians should thank him for everything he did for us.

And who can argue with him, let’s see, what did he do for us, let’s look at it through the eyes of the Court:

• Last October, a court found Berlusconi guilty of tax fraud and false accounting, sentencing him to four years in jail and a five-year ban from politics. Berlusconi’s lawyers appealed, and the Supreme Court heard the case in July.

• In December, another court found Berlusconi and his younger brother, Paolo Berlusconi, guilty in a wiretap case connected to the family newspaper Il Giornale. The court sentenced the elder brother to a year behind bars. The verdict is under appeal.

• In February, Berlusconi’s political comeback fell short, as polls produced a near three-way tie, sparking a two-month political crisis resolved only after Berlusconi’s coalition agreed to take on a junior role in the government of Enrico Letta.

• In June, a court convicted the 76-year-old Berlusconi to seven years in prison and a lifetime ban from politics on charges of abuse of power and paying an under-age girl, erotic dancer Karima el-Mahroug, then 17, for sex. The verdict is under appeal.

• Italy’s Supreme Court in July upheld the lower court’s guilty verdict in the false accounting and tax evasion trial, though the jail term was reduced to a year of house arrest. The politics ban was sent back to the lower court to be reconsidered.

Those are just his last one year Court proceedings, he is by his own admission ‘the most tried man in the history of the world’, unsuccessfully obviously because he is still pulling strings and asking to be treated specially, when the only special treatment he should get is the sum of all the years in jail he has been convicted for to be done consecutively, as to rid this country from this media friendly blood sucking parasite.

But his greed has now moved to realms way beyond money, reportedly confined to a 27-bedroom villa for the term of his house arrest, and with his political influence on the wane, Berlusconi can at least console himself that he is $1.5 billion richer than he was when the series of events started but he no longer needs money, Everyone Else’s Austerity made him richer by 26% in one year, popping him closer to join the league of the 100, the 100 richest men in the world according to Forbes, his greed is now for power beyond that of a Roman Emperor, he claims his right to rule, not from house arrests, from the seats of the Parliament where he has too many employees to let go, from the core of what should be our democratic system from which he is not willing to go, not even kicked out, not even jailed in sentences a few times over, he is there to stay and if he goes, he will take the whole government down with him.

A few days ago he broadcasted a video message to the nation -overlooking the fact that the only people who do such things are Aliens and dictators, to claim his innocence, to blame the judiciary leftist system that are trying to put in place a socialist system within Italy (a fact no one has noticed but him, since we have in the last 20 years lost all social buffers, any form o welfare and our labor market resembles more and more a slavery system where we either take it or walk) and to let us know that he has not slept for 55 days and precisely  since the day he has been convicted -for real, for once- to have stolen close to 400 million euros in taxes from the people he is asking  the support of.

Is there a line he will draw for himself where shame will stop him?

No, Money deletes all shame and a lot of money can shift the shame on others, on those that as a result of his cheating the tax system for decades (and be caught just once) have to go without being able to make it to the end of the month, they have to endure the shame of going to the meal services of the churches while he is at another of his petty games in a time of economical uncertainty for Italy that is so grave that we have the current premier, Mr. Letta, on a financial mission to the States begging for help, begging that someone else finds the will to buy out some more of what we have now for sale in a country with no justice and where the fiscal weight is close to the Swedish one with no benefits but to keep in power those that are strangling the people out of their rights, so we sell out, the whole lot, palaces, infrastructures and soon we will put up what is the most sought after card on the Monopoly board, Utilities, gas, electricity and water (never mind we had a referendum and voted NO to the privatization of water), we are out to privatize the common good for the benefit of the few who have enough Monopoly money to get their hands on them and then who knows, the sky is the limit, about 60 million assholes populate this country, so bend over Italians, the fun is just begun.

If you want a system change, it has to start with a Life for everyone, not a miserable one, not an austerity-based-life while some buy the country out but a guaranteed Life through a living income guaranteed for All, to give each other the assurance that Life won’t be on sale anymore, your life, the life of your family, the life of the children to come, because there are buyers out there for them and there isn’t a morality to stop anyone from squeezing the life out of all so they get to have a bigger life for themselves, it will have to be all of us standing and saying no more -and it’s about time.

Stand up for a Life for All, if you don’t bend over, because soon your ass will be the only thing left to sell.

Change is possible, we have to see that we are part of the problem to become part of the Solution for All. Join us.

Capital-Lie-ism – The Lies We Tell Each Other

wrong side of capitalism

The point of us not even realizing it is more astonishing than anything that has been going on since we were born. The rights of the people have diminished, all social bumpers have or are disappearing, and we find that even the middle class, or aspiring middle class is seeing some ‘not-so-common sense’ in reducing the benefits for the People. Are they not The People too, are we not All -the People of this Planet?

Given the current state of Human Nature, the ones opposing a system change must either be on the receiving end of this system of abuse or hoping to get there, and this applies to many who call themselves educated too, they fail to see where their Education came from and if we attempt to expose the system to support everyone to wake up, at best we are called Conspiracy Theorists, at worse, Utopians, for wanting to change the system to a system that would benefit All.

So, lets try to debunk some of the lies of Capitalism we tell each other, we’ll take just a few for the purpose of stimulating the desire for others to investigate what is going on and to wake up to the point that their dream of making it to the top, it’s just that, another DREAM sold by the system to guarantee that the HOPE of personal gain will keep them pacified, aspiring for those upper places in the pecking order of this World.

The first big Lie we live is the delusion of Freedom and Democracy within a system where some, who have piled up all the resources, write the Laws by influencing parliament to promote and vote in the direction they want to stir the whole game, they bought out the Justice System, but even better, they saw the chance to go directly at the source of their problems, so they could affect the Legislative process which should be meant to be designed keeping All in mind and what the needs of most, especially the underprivileged by design, are.

And we are not talking big benefits, we could just start with the basic human right to Life, which at the moment is denied to those that cannot access resources through this MEAN we have invented, Money as the middle man that gives access to vital resources such as water, food, shelter and then the resources to guarantee to be able to access this MEAN to Vital resources, such as Education, Health care and generally speaking, a system of support, not to “the Scum of the Earth” as it seems to come out from all the talks of the rich who feel they are always in peril of being overtaxed in support of the “lazy poor”, but to the people from which we are in fact stealing, to those to whom the equal share of this planet bounty has never been given. Most of the greatest wealth is built on the backs of workers who are not even retributed enough to make it comfortably to the end of the month. It is important that they are not, paramount, because when they can’t make it we can sell them something else, DEBT, what a GREAT idea, and they won’t be able to refuse the offer, because DEBT has become what our economy runs on, we have created a CULTure of debt and lack for most but the few that sit on top.

The second most damaging Lie we live, is the Lie that all those who are born in this world have Equal opportunities to make it to the top through their dedication and hard work.

This should be a point not even worthy of debating, because believing such things is a blatant show of out-of-touch-ness with the world, and therefore we have to look at WHY we believe the unbelievable, there must be some pay back in our beliefs that would stop us from seeing the world for what it is.

One thing I can say from my own experience as a Love and Lighter, is that when I did not want to hear about poverty and famine and how hard some had it, the basic force was Fear, it was the fear that I would have to face the truth that something was terribly wrong in this world and that if I allowed myself to uncover the first BIG lie, it would have been an unstoppable domino effect and my castle of cards would have come tumbling down forever, and that was not an option I was willing to even consider.

But looking behind the fear there was another motivating force, and that was Self Interest, because if I did acknowledge that something was terribly wrong with this world and with what we were doing it would be like knowing your husband is cheating, then you have to make a decision, you can’t keep pretending everything is fine, you are called to stand somewhere on the issue of Injustice and this world of Abuse, but if I didn’t look and told myself stories about this system, one of which was that we all have equal chances, I could keep the cheating husband and the lifestyle I had and just go on pretending that everything was just dandy.

The third lie that we tell each other  is the trickle down lie, the assumption that if we make the rich on top richer, the wealth will trickle down. This is obviously another lie spread by the Rich, but it’s not a New Lie, it has been going on for the last 50 years if not more, and yet all the numbers prove that not only that didn’t happen, but the situation for those at the bottom has become worse. Yes, because as the riches piled up on top, the scoundrels had more Money to splurge to bend the system, write Laws in their favour and basically dis-empower the bottom line of the ones that were now reduced to blatant slavery, to the inability of even conceiving standing up, as they were deliberately forced down with anything that came to Mind, Fear of losing their jobs, homes, health care, freedom of choice (AS IF they ever had any) and last cherry on the cake, fear of Terrorist attacks, setting up a Terror Alert System to be able to turn up and down the Fear levels inside people on command. That we should concede, was a Master Stroke.

So, as we moved into this well designed and planned FEAR World, we lost any power to stand up and say enough is enough, not that this is true, but we Perceive it this way, we perceive the whole game has become too big for us to be able to change it, to be able to research independently what is going on in the world and assess by ourselves, without any outside help what is going on and what needs to be done.

We are writing a solution to a New World, we are proposing to redesign a Capitalism that works for All until we can let go of the Money Construct altogether, it will require the standing up of many Beyond Fear, beyond the Complacency of making do with a system that is downright abusive and basically, just plain crazy, where we consume finite resources as if they were infinite and then dispose of the garbage we produce in all corners of the world, considering oceans, rivers, the land, the air, our personal rugs under which we seem to think we can sweep all the crap we don’t want to face until further notice, while we are not even clear which notice should be issued, and by whom, if we are planning to give each other a wake up call, or if the planet will have to just throw us out as the parasites we have become.

Reconsider your views of the current system, the game is rigged, give up all Hopes that you may sit enthroned up with the Big Guys, that Club is on invitation only and we have not been invited, but we can design a World for All, where all Human beings of Good Will are welcome to join to stop what we have become and create a world that effectively works for All, without Poverty, Famine, Crime, Pollution of all our resources, and all the other consequences we have created and are busy creating by upholding this system of Profit vs Life, a World we can be proud to call Our Home.

The End of the World is given 1:5000. Wanna Bet?

World map showing percent of population living...

Today I watched the news to make extra sure the World did not End somewhere far away from where I live, or that it ended while I was sleeping and I was the only one left with just the TV. Imagine that as a scary thing.

But it didn’t, I am still here, we are all still here. None of the prophecies came through, no one ascended, moved to another dimension, embraced new frequency and vibrations, it’s just business as usual.

On the news they said that people have been gambling on The End of the World, it seemed such an amazing opportunity since they gave The End of the World 5000 to 1, meaning with 1 Euro one could make 5000.

I just want to touch briefly on our celebrated Intelligence and how the point that we are out of touch with reality is visible everywhere we look.

We went betting on the End of the World, great investment, imagine if it did pay out, what a blast. So how come those who went gambling didn’t ask themselves WHO would pay up their bets if the world ended or would it matter if the only other guy surviving was the bookmaker, which would be extraordinary per se, both the gambler and the bookmaker surviving the End of the World, but if that was the case and I could make 50000 Euro by betting 10, where would I spend it?

This is the perfect example to highlight how Money has become such a blinding driving force while we don’t realize that it’s value exists only by The Power given to it by The People; on a desert island one could print Money and it would mean nothing, even in a small community, if I invented something called A Bank and printed Money, unless the People I want to sell this idea to- bought it, they would still be just worthless pieces of paper.

We have created an economic system to which we abdicated our responsibility for this world, where the power of the people has been given away to Puppet Governments and Banks to print and circulate Money. This is not very intelligent as we can see how we ended up in a system where now we believe that Money is real and it has power over us, plus we have excluded ourselves from any decision making about what we do with the Money that is circulating, hence WE the People are funding Wars, slavery, occupation of countries, murders, famine, poverty, as every piece of Money that circulates carries our own individual power with it, we are The Governors of this system, the only missing thing to prove it is our signatures on the Banknotes, but no one has an interest in making this TOO obvious, not even ourselves.

We didn’t get here in one day, it took centuries to build this belief about Money and the fact that it holds power over our Lives, unfortunately as we kept believing it and living this truth, desiring to accumulate this Power to Live, over Life, above the Power or Capacity of others to have their fair share, we ended up turning this world into Hell for All.

Let’s say as a gross understatement that we made a miss-take along the way, the biggest was born out of our separation from existence as a whole and all the others followed as we didn’t realize that wanting for myself and not for others Equally would lead to all sorts of problems which we have duly manifested, such as Poverty, Inequality, Famine, Starvation, Violence, Murder, Torture, because as we went along and we entrenched ourselves into our ‘make beliefs’ ideas about this experience called Life, we upped the stakes and we became willing to do more and more atrocious things just to guarantee that “I’ would make it, that “I’ would be safe and now we have reached the End of The Game, this Game is over, we can clearly see that betting on the End of the World would mean that “I” should be the One to survive while the world ends -fuck the world-, do I care? Nope, I care about winning this game, down to the last man -I’ll kill the bookeeper myself once he has paid off- as I live my personal “Highlander” tale in my Mind, “Only One will be left”, and by God, I Hope, wish, desire, want that One to be me. I’ll bet on it.

Short on Intelligence, that would be the smallest lack to acknowledge as  it’s everywhere for us to see, look at our economics system which was meant (was it?) to be a system for the Fair distribution of resources, look at how we use Fossil Fuels as if there was no tomorrow at how we exploit third world countries’ resources hoping no one will notice and that we’ll get away with it, look at how we came to believe some Lives are worth more than others, so much for our intelligence, but along the way we lost it all, decency, compassion, the ability to ask ourselves if we could swap places with another, if it would be fine, bearable, to live the life of any other, or if we need to redesign this world into a place that works for all so that Each Life can express itself beyond fear and grief and sorrow – and guilt and shame.

The world did not end, some lost a few Euros on this bet, too bad, can’t fathom their disappointment, but they stand as the example of how far we have gone in our desires, way too far, it’s time to self correct and remind ourselves that no man is an island, and we are 7 billion humans sharing One planet with many other species, many of which we have already decimated- and we have only this one planet, for a little while more, we can look at what we have become and ask ourselves if this is the best we can do OR, if we can see that another world is possible, where everyone thrives, then we have to stand for THAT Change, it won’t come by itself, just like the End of the World, we’ll be the cause of one or the other, The End of it All or the Rebirth of a Planet where Life is Honored and we truly care for Each Other as Equals, as One.

What will it be? Who will we be? We are the Ones that decide.

Take your stand for a Dignified Life for All @ Equal Money.
